The recipe I posted on Sunday for Favorite Beans and Rice is now one of our favorites. I highly recommend you try it if you like beans. You could cook your own beans and freeze them in two cup portions and make this meal even more frugal. I used a box of Uncle Ben's whole grain rice that I had bought on sale and had a coupon for. It was really good too. We had corn tortilla chips and con queso dip as well. It was the perfect meal to go with one of our all time favorite movies, Rio Bravo, starring John Wayne. It was a perfect evening!
