Menu for week of February 25th

Hubby and I both had birthdays on the 23rd and 24th.  Unfortunately, I'm still getting over a cold, and he caught it on Friday, so we didn't get to go out and celebrate our birthdays on Saturday as planned.  We are shooting for this Saturday to celebrate and going to P.F. Chang's.  I love their lettuce wraps!

Here is my plan for feeding my family this week:

Breakfast-oatmeal, pancakes, cereal, etc.

Lunch-lovely leftovers, sammies and soup

Monday:  Spaghetti with Chicken Parm with Mozzarella, Salad (using frozen breaded chicken patties)

Tuesday:  Chicken and Dumplings, Jalapeno Corn Casserole, Green Beans, Cornbread Muffins

Wednesday:  (freezer meal) Ziti with Pasta, Salad

Thursday:  Breakfast for Dinner-Ham, Eggs, Pancakes

Friday:  Cheezy Chicken Bundles (eat some, freeze some), Corn Cobbettes, Noodles

Saturday:  P.F. Changs (I hope)

Sunday:  Turkey Burgers, Fries

Menu for week of February 18th

We had a romantic weekend away in Chattanooga and stayed at The Chattanoogan.  It was a very nice four star hotel. We had breakfast delivered to our room both mornings.  Friday night we had a late dinner in their restaurant, The Broad Street Grill.  It was delicious.  Unfortunately, I have a cold, and I was very tired and sniffling, and had a running/stuffy nose so we didn't get out and about to explore the city.  It was also cold and windy. I stayed in bed a got a lot of rest and took my cold meds.  But it was still good to get away for a little pampering and new surroundings.

Here is my plan for feeding my family this week:

Monday:  Beans and Franks, Mashed Potatoes, Cornbread

Tuesday:  (freezer meal) Spaghetti Casserole, Salad, Texas Toast

Wednesday:  Chicken Fajitas, Rice, Black Beans

Thursday:  Taco Soup

Friday:  Chicken Tenders, Fish Fillets, Tater Tots

Saturday:  (freezer meal)  Ziti with Smoked Sausage, Salad

Sunday:  Crock Pot Pork Chops, Stove Top Stuffing, Peas, Biscuits

Menu for week of February 11-17

Breakfasts:  Cereal, Oatmeal, Cream of Wheat, Toast with Peanut Butter, Yogurt, Fruit, etc.

Lunch:  Lovely Leftovers, Sandwiches, Soups, etc.

Monday:  Crock Pot of Green Beans, Potatoes, and Turkey Ham, Biscuits

Tuesday:  Baked Penne, Green Veggie, Garlic Cheese Biscuits

Wednesday:  Beans and Franks (crock pot), Slaw, Cornbread

Thursday:  Crock Pot BBQ Chicken, Buns, leftover Slaw, Corn on the Cob

Friday-Saturday: Romantic Get-Away with Hubby : )

Sunday:  Turkey Burgers and Fries

The 14th is our 15th Anniversary and we are going out of town for the weekend.  It will be so nice to have a romantic getaway.  Woot woot!

Monday:  Breaded Fish Filets and Chicken Tenders, Leftover Macaroni and Cheese, Peas, maybe Oven fries

Tuesday:  Cavatini (love this stuff), Salad, Garlic Bread

Wednesday:  Turkey Burgers and Fries

Thursday:  Favorite Chinese Take Out

Friday:  Ham and Cheese Ziti, Asparagus, Garlic Cheese Biscuits

Saturday:  Cheesy Chicken Bundles, Corn, Mashed Potatoes, Biscuits

Sunday:  (freezer meal) Dump Sticky Chicken, Rice, Asian Veggies
