Menu reset

Errr...daughter and I are on a weight loss plan, so my menu for this week is changing.  Change is good, right?  I am going to choose more healthier options, less carbs, more veggies, etc.  So here is the revised plan.

Tuesday:  Grilled Chicken, Roasted Asparagus, and Tossed Salad

Wednesday:  Salsa Sloppy Joes (made with ground chicken or turkey), Veggie Tray with Dip

Thursday:  Crock Pot Pork Chops, Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Carrots

Friday:  General Tso Crock Pot Chicken, Brown Rice, Stir-fry Veggies

Saturday:  Weight Watcher's Taco Soup

Sunday:  (freezer meal) Lazy Day Lasagna (meatless), Tossed Salad, California Veggies or some other green veggie
