Crock Pot Glazed
Kielbasa
2 lbs. kielbasa, cut
into 1-inch pieces
1 c. packed brown
sugar
3 TBS spicy brown
mustard
Combine brown sugar
and mustard in bottom of Crock Pot. Add kielbasa. Stir to coat. Cook
on LOW for 3 hours. Stir before serving.
I made this today. I halved the recipe and it was very good. I served it with brown rice, sauteed peppers and onions and green beans.
I originally planned this for Sunday's meal but was in a mood for it today. It was a hit!
