Menu for week of March 4 - 10

 Go to I'm an Organizing Junkie  for 100's of menu plans.

Monday:  Hamburger Helper (made with ground chicken or turkey), Roasted Glazed Carrots, Rolls

Tuesday:  Hot Dog Spaghetti Casserole (recipe below), Salad

Wednesday:  General Tso Chicken, Stir Fry Veggies, Rice

Thursday:  (freezer meal) Lazy Day Lasagna, Salad, Steamed Green Veggie

Friday:  (freezer meal) Cheezy Chicken Bundles, Corn Cobbettes, Sauteed Squash and Zucchini

Saturday:  Broccoli with Ham Scalloped Potatoes, Rolls

Sunday:  Crock Pot Glazed Kielbasa, Rice, Peppers and Onions

Hot Dog Spaghetti Casserole

6 slices bacon
1 c. onion, chopped
12 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
2-10 oz. cans tomato soup
½ c. chili sauce
½ t. oregano
¼ t. basil
8 oz. spaghetti, cooked
16 oz. all-beef hot dogs (I use chicken or turkey dawgs)
¾ c. sharp cheddar cheese

Cook bacon until crisp, then drain and crumble. Saute onion in drippings. Stir in corn, soup, chili sauce, oregano and basil. Add spaghetti. Mix thoroughly. Alternate layers in ½ quart dish of hot dogs, bacon and cheese. Pour first mixture on top. Bake 350 degrees. Serves 6
