My Menu for this Week:
Monday:
Breakfast-Blueberry Muffins, Yogurt (extra muffins will go into the freezer)
Lunch-Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup
Dinner-BBQ Wieners, Deviled Eggs, Slaw, Watermelon
Tuesday:
Breakfast-Oatmeal
Lunch-Salad or Wrap, Grapes
Dinner-Yummy Summer Chicken Marinade (A Julie Sanders Recipe), Leftover Slaw, Deviled Eggs and Watermelon (extra uncooked chicken with marinade will be frozen for another time)
Wednesday:
Breakfast-Eggs, Bacon
Lunch-Salad with Grilled Chicken
Dinner-Layered Ham Dinner, Atkins Cheesecakes with Strawberries
Thursday:
Breakfast-Cereal
Lunch-Leftovers
Dinner-CP15 Bean Soup (leftover soup will be frozen)
Friday:
Breakfast-Snickerdoodle Muffins, Yogurt (leftover muffins will be frozen)
Lunch-Chef Salad
Dinner-Mexican Chicken Roll-Ups, Broccoli Salad (extra roll-ups will be frozen for another time)
Saturday:
Breakfast-Breakfast Casserole Muffins (extra muffins will be frozen)
Lunch-Taco Soup (from the freezer)
Dinner-Pork Chop Packages on the Grill, Layered Salad
Sunday:
Breakfast-Pancakes, Link Sausage
Lunch-Crock Pot Ham, Green Bean Casserole, Leftover Salad
Dinner-Hmmm...who knows?
I am continuing to "feed" my freezer will yummy foods to make breakfasts and dinners easier and stress-free in my home.
