1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups milk
2 regular pie crust (not deep)
Beat eggs, add cheese, milk and sausage; stir. Divide mixture evenly between pie crusts. Bake 40-50 minutes at 300 degrees. Extra cheese may be sprinkled on after putting mixture in crusts, if desired. Makes 2 pies. Have one now and freeze one for later!
I served this with grapes and crescent rolls this week. My family and guests really enjoyed it.
