Due to my injured knee, my hubby did the meal prep this past week and to make things easier for him, I didn't have him cook anything difficult, so he made some things I had planned for this week. So, you will see some repeats as we did the old switcharoo with my meal calendar. Here is the plan for this week:
Monday, February 7
B-Oatmeal with Raisins, Whole Wheat Toast
L-Leftovers (if any, these will be Espanol Casserole or Sammies with Veggies and Dip)
D-World's Greatest Potato Soup (a hubby favorite and a thank you to him for all his hard work this past week) Robert likes his soup loaded with cheese, bacon and sour cream.
Tuesday, February 8
B-Eggs, Sausage, Biscuits
L-Leftovers or PB&J on Whole Wheat and Sliced Apple
D- Chicken Stir Fry with Rice and Asian Veggies, Egg Rolls (this is one of those I had planned for last week)
Wednesday, February 9
B-Cereal and Milk, Banana
L-Leftovers or Soup and Crackers
D-White Beans with Ham Bone (from freezer), Mayo Rolls or Cornbread (this is one that was also on last week's plan)
Thursday, February 10
B-Muffins (from freezer?) or fresh baked
L-Leftovers
D-Freezer Meal-Baked Ziti, Salad
Friday, February 11
B-One Eyed Sailors, Fried Bologna
L-Leftovers or PB&J on Whole Wheat and Sliced Apple
D-Roast Chicken, Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, Corn
Saturday, February 12
B-Chocolate Chip Pancakes, Link Sausage
L-Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup (using yesterday's carcass), Mayo Rolls
D-Crock Pot Ham and Vegetables, Cornbread
Sunday, February 13
B-Cereal and Whole Wheat Toast
L-FM-Cavatini, Salad
D-C.O.R.N. (Clean Out Refrigerator Night)
