Menu for week of January 24th



Breakfast:

Oatmeal and Toast
Pancakes and Link Sausage
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
Eggs, Bacon, Biscuits
Cereal and Toast
Coffee Cake and Fruit

Lunch:

Mostly Leftovers from the night before or soup and sandwiches

Dinner:

Beans, Turnip Greens with Chopped Turnips, Fried Yukon Gold Potatoes, Cornbread
Chicken Tater Bake (freeze one), French Green Beans
Frank and Cheese Casserole, Brussels Sprouts, Mayonnaise Rolls
Freezer Meal-Layered Enchilada Casserole, Mexican Rice
Ritzy Chicken Casserole, Cauliflower with Cheese Sauce, Mayonnaise Rolls
Favorite Beans and Rice
Freezer Meal-Spaghetti Casserole, Salad

Eating tried and true recipes this week and a few freezer meals as I attempt to use up my freezer contents.
