We had a lovely snow over the weekend. This morning I was looking out my kitchen window while filling the coffee pot and noticed the sparkle in the snow. It is full of icy crystals and with the sun shining on it, it was dazzling. The roads are clear and school started two hours late though. I am posting here to keep me accountable and remind me of my to-dos. Here is what is on my to-do list this week:
Today:
Daily Bible reading
Shower and Dress
Reboot Dishwasher
Put out food to thaw
Put away clean clothes and towels
Fix dinner
Computer time (having too much fun with this!)
Make sure dd has clean uniform for school
Check menu to see if dd needs to pack lunch
Tuesday:
Daily Bible reading
Treadmill
Shower and Dress
Reboot Dishwasher
Climb Mount Laundry
Dh to find used Chronicles of Narnia book at used bookstore
Groceries (ugh - my most dreaded chore during cold weather-I like to hibernate!)
Work on declutter project
Fix Dinner
Computer time
Make sure dd has clean uniform for school
Watch American Idol
Wednesday:
Daily Bible reading
Treadmill
Shower and Dress
Reboot Dishwasher
Put away clean clothes and towels
Clean main floor of house
If time, work on declutter project
Computer Time
Dinner with family at church or at home
Awana/New Life class
Make sure dd has uniform for school
Check menu to see if dd needs to pack lunch
Watch American Idol
Thursday:
Daily Bible reading
Treadmill
Shower and Dress
Reboot Dishwasher
Put food out to thaw for dinner
Pick up house
Clean silver tea set (way over due)
Fix snack(s) for Small Group tonight
Make dining room tablescape with a valentines theme
Work on declutter project
Computer Time
Dinner with family
Make sure dd's jeans are clean for Friday
Check menu to see if dd needs to pack lunch

Friday:
Daily Bible reading
Treadmill
Shower and Dress
Reboot Dishwasher
Declutter project
Computer Time
Dinner with Family
Bookstore
Saturday:
Daily Bible reading

Take dd to see friend play basketball and sleepover
Set food out to thaw
Clean second floor of house/both upstairs bathrooms too

Date night with dh, either movie at home or $3 movie theater

Church
Lunch with Family
Computer Time
Superbowl Sunday
Menu planning/grocery list making
And anything else that may come to mind.

Well, the Mount Laundry is just our regular weekly job. It is in a laundry cart. I will definitely post my valentine tablescape. I like to decorate the dining room table for the holidays. It is also where our small group meets and it makes it kinda festive.
OH I love your daily plans...and I love that your Bible ready is first! Doesn't the day always go smoother when we read His word first!!??
