Oh my these were good. I bagged up several by two's for dd to take to school for her after school math mania class and for dh to take to the hospital tomorrow for his mom and him to enjoy while waiting while their aunt has knee surgery. I thought a couple of these and a cup of coffee or two would go a long way to lift their spirits.
I now want to try these with other cake flavors. I am thinking of chocolate, definitely, but maybe lemon too!
