Menu for week of October 3rd



Monday:  Chicken Cordon Bleu, Loaded Baked Cauliflower Casserole

Tuesday:  Cheeseburger Pie, Pan Roasted Brussels Sprouts in Garlic Butter

Wednesday:  Beef Tips, leftover Brussels Sprouts or another green veggie

Thursday:  Noodle-less Lasagna, Salad

Friday:  Lovely Leftovers

Saturday:  Cheesy Meatball Skillet, Zoodles

Sunday:  Crockpot Golden Mushroom Thighs, Some kind of Rice (big splurge-been reducing carbs!), Green Veggie, maybe Green Beans
