Menu for week of March 24th

It's springtime in East Tennessee.  The daffodils are in bloom as well as the dogwood trees.  It's beautiful!  Here is what I'm feeding my family this week:

Monday:  Fish and Chips

Tuesday:  Out with Friends

Wednesday:  Dutch Meatloaf, Mac and Cheese, Corn on the Cob

Thursday:  Crock Pot Peanut Chicken, Rice, Asian Veggies

Friday:  Chicken Las Vegas, Baked Potato, Salad

Saturday:  Red Beans and Rice, Cornbread

Sunday:  Lovely Leftovers

I haven't been leaving room for leftovers in my meal planning so I thought I would do that this week.
