Hmmm-- the sausage, onions and peppers sounds really good. I try to make this in the summer when we have fresh peppers from the garden. I did freeze some last summer so maybe I need to add that to my menu soon!

I like to do that when I grown garden peppers too. For now, I buy the frozen mix when they are on sale at Krogers for $1.
