Menu for week of August 13th

Monday:  We had sammies from Subway! 

Tuesday:  BBQ Chicken Kebabs, Baked Beans, Pineapple

Wednesday:  Ziti Chicken Casserole, Salad

Thursday:  Weight Watchers Taco Soup, Whole Wheat Cheese Quesas, Cantaloupe

Friday:  Grilled Chicken, Brown Rice, Salad

Saturday:  Lovely Leftovers or dinner out

Sunday:  Pork Chops in the Crock Pot, Green Veggies, Brown Rice
