Menu for week of January 19, 2015

Here is my plan for this week.  It includes a few carry overs from last week.

Monday:  Pizza Pasta Casserole (freezing two 8x8 pans), Salad

Tuesday:  Crock Pot Ranch Pork Chops, Stuffing, Sweet Potatoes, Green Beans

Wednesday:  Tex Mex Burgers (making extras for the freezer), Salad

Thursday:  Dump Sticky Chicken, Baked Potatoes, Green Veggie

Friday:  Pigs in a Blanket, Veggies and Dip

Saturday:  Leftovers

Sunday:  Mexican Chicken Rolls, Yellow Rice, Salad or Green Veggie
