Menu plan for week of August 22nd


We ate out a lot last week.  A lot.  Not good for my waistline or my pocketbook.  So there will be some repeated meals on the plan this week.  Here we go...

Today:  Chicken, Spinach and Mushroom Low Carb Oven Dish

Tuesday:  Bourbon Chicken, Asian Stir-Fry Veggies

Wednesday:  Leftovers

Thursday:  Pasta Sauce with Zoodles

Friday:  (freezer meal) Italian Grilled Chicken Breasts, Italian Green Beans and Bacon and Cucumber Salad

Saturday:  Crock Pot Unstuffed Cabbage Roll Soup

Sunday:  Out and/or (freezer meal) Ranch Pork Chops and Stir-Fry Zucchini Noodles
