Menu for week of February 1st

Happy February!

Here is my plan for feeding my family this week:

Monday:  Cajun Chicken, Noodles, Roasted Cauliflower, Broccoli Cornbread

Tuesday:  Dinner out (probably Costco!)

Wednesday:  Weight Watchers Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti, Salad

Thursday:  Smoked Sausage, Sauerkraut, Mashed Potatoes, Macaroni and Cheese

Friday:  Out-School Play

Saturday:  Cajun Steak and Potatoes, Fried Okra, Brussels Sprouts

Sunday:  Out
